Come join Justin (he/him) and Will (he/him) from Ember Yoga for a beginner-friendly vinyasa yoga practice to benefit both body and mind.

Our co-teaching style creates an accessible class with options for both people new to yoga and those with an established practice. These classes can help you:

• develop strength and improve posture
• reduce aches, pain and stiffness in the body
• increase energy levels and lower stress

A typical class includes breathing, mobility and energising flows to cultivate strength, stability and space in the body. We finish with a short savasana (relaxation) to calm the nervous system.

Ember Yoga creates a relaxed environment to learn, explore and play. Our consent cards empower you to choose if you would like assistance verbally, with hands-on adjustments or to simply flow with the class.

Classes cost $15 and payments can be made by cash or bank transfer on the day. If you attend six classes, your seventh class is free.

Please bring your own mat and your comfy clothes.
