Enrolment Updates are now in process

Recently, at your Grey Lynn Community Centre, we've been on a journey to streamline our operations and improve our processes, with the goal of making things easier for everyone and allowing us to become more responsive to the centre users.

We wanted to let you know that shortly we will begin the process of rolling out new digital systems into Playgroup, including digital enrolments and sign ins. This means over the next few weeks we will be running our paper and digitals signin processes side by side whilst the team and attendees of playgroup get used to our new tools.

As part of this change, we are also taking the opportunity to update our enrolment forms for playgroup, this includes collecting new pieces of information including email addresses and other key information to do this we will perform enrolment updates with all playgroup attendees.

We will also be issuing individual pins to all playgroup parents, nanny's and grandparents to enable the introduction of digital signin, it's important that you ensure each person that brings your child to Playgroup is set with a pin.

This is an exciting step forward for us, and we're looking forward to bringing you all onboard with the new "Home" app which will allow you to see and post playgroup pictures, view updates and notices and more.

In advance of this change, we thank you for your patience as we roll out the changes, we'll do our best to minimise any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we adapt to this new way of working

Playgroup
9.30am to 11.30am weekdays

The Grey Lynn Playgroup is a great way for your child to learn and to socialise through play. Parents, caregivers and children are encouraged to mix and mingle while utilising the resources on offer.

The Playgroup occurs both inside the Garden Room, and across all the open areas of the playground area.

With all the many inside and outside activities on offer the playground is exclusively for the use of the Playgroup during this 2-hour period.

Playgroup runs from 9.30am to 11.30am weekdays throughout the year come rain or shine! But NOT on public holidays.

No bookings required. BYO snacks and spare clothes.

One session is $6 for the first child, additional siblings are $4 each, non-siblings are $6 each. We also offer a concession card for 10 visits which is $50.
